A themed destination resort on a prime stretch of the Deira Islands waterfront, inspired by mythical Thai and Arabian adventures. The Tulio team worked closely with the main contractor to value engineer the project to suit the client's budget. A large 600 room property project was turned around in 90 days right from manufacturing the fabric to final installation and site handover.
